Wife | Being in a layered tribe, my husband’s 2nd marriage and my first - we have been married 7 years and sssssstttttttiiiiiilllll trying to find a working balance. This is NOT easy especially because we both are later in our years, type A, alpha, and pretty set in our ways.
Mom | Having a teen is quite an interesting time in both of our lives! Every parent and every child is different and MAN this world we are trying to raise kids is U-G-L-Y and Scary! How are my fellow parents doing!?!
Entrepreneur | I was bitten by the entrepreneur bug in my early 20s and have been chasing the dream ever since! Still chasing the dream and working to build the Vidaly brand with a couple of sub-brands, a big dream but I am up to the challenge! Jenny has a corporate background as a results-oriented Project/Operations Manager with over 25+ years of project leadership, negotiating priorities, and recommending solutions while continuously validating against requirements and ensuring proficiency in developing and maintaining efficient work schedules with strong follow-through. But that is not all! This also includes 10+ years of experience in analyzing operational data and devising actionable strategies, building credibility and trust with stakeholders. All this cross-functional expertise in strategizing, planning, and implementing projects within time, budget, and personnel constraints has developed Jenny’s leadership skills tremendously. All this experience resulted in being skilled in detail and process documentation, problem-solving, and organization but also an effective communicator, adept at working with diverse cultures, personalities, and positions, both independently and in groups.
